The article based on the study of owners' signs located on the copies of the nominal book fund of Viktor Ivanovich Grigorovich (1815-1876), considered the circle of professional communication of the famous Slavist. The owner of the book collection was in close cooperation with representatives of the foreign and domestic Slavonic Studies. Tracking the modern achievements of science about Slavs, V. I. Grigorovich support a personal contacts with many scientists, which is reflected in its Slavonic collection that he donated by the Novorossiyskiy University in Odessa.
